The Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury (“OFAC”) and the U.S. Department of Transportation (“DOT”) require that we obtain and maintain the personal information and certifications. We will collect the required information from each customer when he or she seeks Gulfstream’s services. Some of this information appears on the Reservation Form and Operator-Participant Contract.
Any of the information we collect from each customer may be used in one of the following ways:
Gulfstream will not sell, exchange, transfer, or release any information without a customer’s consent, unless OFAC or any other governmental organization requires us to do so to comply with any U.S. law, regulation, or order.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you provide or submit your personal information to Gulfstream.
Gulfstream does not sell, exchange, transfer or release to outside parties a customer’s personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties (including Suppliers) that assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing the customer and that agree to keep such information confidential. We also may release a customer’s information when a release is appropriate to comply with U.S. laws and regulations.
Due to the nature of our services, Gulfstream must collect travel and personal information about children (persons under the age of 13). This is necessary to comply with U.S. laws and regulations, including the OFAC Regulations and the federal aviation or security regulations. Gulfstream also must retain this information for five years. Gulfstream does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children other than when required to comply with U.S. laws and regulations or for safety and security reasons.
